These are just a few of the many examples of people who could easily have lived their lives in poverty, settled for a life of complaining. All three of them almost killed themselves, and all three were willing to take the hands they were dealt and search for meaning, aiming higher.
If a man with no limbs, a brittle-boned man, and a 12 year old drug dealer can all rise up, what could the intelligent and capable Occupy Wall-Street-ers do? Why waste another minute protesting? Why not devote their time and energy to Being More Valuable To Society, it right now? I encourage everyone to devote their time and energy to unlocking the value and powerful stories contained within them, instead of creating a giant group of people complaining... loudly.
Is it because they are "too ordinary" and they weren't born with disadvantages and disabilities?
No, because "ordinary people" can succeed too.
Jon Lajoie turned the most mediocre experiences of being an Everyday Average Normal Guy into a hit song with 24,000,000+ views and a loyal fan-base and Rebecca Black at 14 puts out a 'garbage' music video 3,000,000+ people 'dislike' on Youtube, and spins it into her personal fame.
Occupy Wall Street talks of providing a wake-up call to 'something that needs changed'.
