Guide To A Customer's Happiness
If your business does not have a strategy in place to keep customers happy, apart from providing a great product or service. It’s time to start making small changes that will put a smile on your customer's face, because at the end of the day, if you are unable to satisfy your customer, you can at least keep them happy.
Smile Mirror Trick: Have you ever realized when someone smiles at you, no matter how you're feeling, you have this urge to smile back. Smiling makes people feel warm and happy, so smiling at people, will make them smile, in return causing them to have a slight lift in mood.
Say Your Customer's Name: Stop being formal, calling your customer “Mr.” or “Mrs.” This is likely to make your customer feel slightly guilty as they feel they are above you. You should call your customers by their first name. This is the first step in creating a relationship with your customer.
Follow Up: Now that you have provided a service or sold something to your client, you should follow up and find out if everything is ok, and if it is possible for you to assist the client. This gives them a feeling that you are watching out for them.
Do What They Don’t Expect: Why not surprise your customer? By this I don’t mean jumping out of a cupboard on them. I mean why not buy them a drink at your next meeting or even give them a freebie? They will appreciate your gesture of good will.
