Merry Christmas - Now Start Hiring Again
Market Watch shows that personal income jumps, yet holiday spending virtually wiped out those earning, according to their economic report for November. Philadelphia Inquirer boasts young entrepreneurial advice for those gaining ground as this year ends. Fresh ideas coupled with the innovative entrepreneurship skills have become the way to go for the young entrepreneurs looking to make a name for themselves in the industry. All many of us want to hear, however, is that "Your Hired" instead of reading what 'could be' or 'what might have been'. As 2012 closes, many economic decisions linger on Capitol Hill with employment rates still needing shaved. Yeah, Merry Christmas...now when will jobs become more prevalent again?
Good news for youngsters, however, is being reported. According to survey reports, 15-16% of the people aged from 18 to 24 intend to carry out their own business. For several reasons, only 2.4% people of the mentioned age group succeed in carrying out the business they have planned for. Among these businesses, only 50% survive the onslaught of the industry, while the remaining businesses tend to fail within the first 5 years of incorporation. From this, it can be concluded that the self-employed businesses are more or less the ballgame of individuals having ample experience of the industry itself.
Income Giveth, Christmas Taketh Away
The month of November certainly brought smiles on the faces of the entrepreneurs. A 0.6% increase in the personal income has been rated as the largest since February this year. Apart from the income growth, there was a 0.4% increase in the consumer spending as well, making the abysmal .02% difference pretty much a few lattes on the weekend.
