Take advantage of the educational opportunities all around online, by allowing your employees to schedule and attend online courses related to the workplace, or attend them together as a group. Let your clients know your staff won’t be available on a given time frame because you are doing “continuing education” — a sign to your customers that you want to keep your business edge “sharp”.

With so many important trends, it’s important to sit down and figure out not just what equipment to buy next, but how you want to interact with your customers. How do you want to be “seen” by those that you come face-to-face with on a daily basis? Will they see you working with the same forms of technology they enjoy? Before you go shopping for a PC upgrade, consider thinking outside of the box.
