The Importance Of Finding, Growing And Nourishing Your Entrepreneurial Roots
Making the choice to go into business whether it's a small home based business, small local business or attempting to build a corporate giant such as Enron or AT&T can be a very daunting task for the faint of heart. It's a dedication to failure, achievement, success, and entrepreneurship that isn't for the weak or the timid.
Finding your entrepreneurial roots starts deep within your core being. It's something you are either born with or you are driven too when life seems endless. It's a passion to commitment and a desire to grow through challenges and competition. Entrepreneurship can be seen at various age levels and when a child has been gifted with the foresight to create, grow and, profit he/she possesses the essential survival skills for life.
How does one go on to discover if they posses the entrepreneurial bug? Well many entrepreneurs claim that as a child they had a knack for making money from small ventures, lemonade stands, selling candy for profit, maybe as a child you collected and traded baseball cards or sold trading cards for both acquisition of new and more valuable assets or just profits.
In other ways many people are driven to entrepreneurship due to circumstance. Many seminars and product promise pitch fests were all created around a need stemming from a desire created by poor financial situations or finding a better way to live instead of the same old mundane job.
It's my belief that a combination of wanting a better quality of life, tending to a personal passion, finding more enjoyment out of life by serving others and the fact that a job is so limiting in where the mind can take you too, are all contributors to becoming an entrepreneur and finding those roots.Continued on the next page
