Ping Technorati using Ecto

- Open Ecto.
- Select "Edit Settings" from the "Weblog" menu.
Select the Settings icon from the main toolbar.
- Add Technorati (http://rpc.technorati.com/rpc/ping) to the list of URL addresses to ping.
