June www.modellauncher.com Winner Brandi Nicole- Miami Photoshoot with John Fisher Shot

It is a dream for many a little girl to grow up and hit the runway or print magazine as a model. Well one new website is making it more than possible and giving new faces across the globe the opportunity to earn their shot at stardom.

Modellauncher.com is an original concept where aspiring male and female models can submit their photos each month according to their age range to participate in themed contests such as T shirt and Shorts, Little black dress, swimsuit & more. Once submissions are received, the submission process is closed after 21 days and public voting officially begins. The public is then allowed to vote photos up or down in order to participate in the selection of each categories winner. The ModelLauncher.com competition is currently open to ages 3 to 35+ year of age without any height requirement. Models must be at the amateur level in order to participate and submission photos must follow themed guidelines in their entirety.

The very first Model Launcher winner for the month of June 2012, Brandi Nicole, gets up close and personal with me during an interview about her experience, her passions and how Model Launcher is changing her modeling career for the better. Blessed with the long-legged physique most girls dream of, Brandi had it all but easy. The older Brandi got, the more she thought that modeling just wasn’t for her. Doing a few small gigs here and there, she tried to  stop thinking about modeling for a while, but like any passionate model, Brandi found herself wanting more.

Brandi’s first attempts to break into the modeling industry took place locally in her home state of Maryland. She landed an opportunity to walk in Maryland Fashion Week, but it didn’t last very long. A modeling career in a big city such as LA is what she really had her hopes set on. However, after moving there and hopping from audition to audition, Brandi decided to take a break and focus on her college education for a while instead. After spending the next four and half years in LA dabbling here and there, Brandi finally got the big break she was looking for with ModelLauncher.com. To see how she started her process with Model Launcher, read my interview with the bright and smiley model below:
