Leif Garrett Busted for Drug Possession...Again

So cute..................so creepy
Former teen heart throb, singer, and sometimes actor, Leif Garrett was arrested Monday by the L.A. County Sheriff's office while at the city's downtown Metrolink station. He was booked on controlled substance charges and was released today.
Leif, whose heyday was the 70s and very early 80s, never really achieved mainstream success, with the exception of cheesy disco hit "I Was Made For Dancing" which reached the #10 spot on the Billboard's Hot 100. Garrett was in a few movies and TV shows, and had begun his career as a child actor, notably playing Felix Unger's son on The Odd Couple. He is also known for having dated actress Nicolette Sheridan (Desperate Housewives) and Justine Batemen (Family Ties.)
This is not Garrett's first brush with the law or with drugs. Garrett was picked up in 2006, also on the Metro, initially for not having a ticket. Police then discovered heroin and Quaaludes on Garrett and he was arrested for possession of narcotics. Sigh. Another piece of my childhood dies.
What would Washington be without lobbyists? What would Wall Street be without greed? I ask you, what would Hollywood be without druggies? On that note, enjoy this little blast from the past.
