Star Chefs from Italy and NYC Create Memorable Dining Event at Eataly's Birreria Restaurant
Imagine enjoying a sumptuous five course dinner prepared by some of the finest Italian chefs on the planet, accompanied with fine wine pairings for each course! Have I peaked your interest? Such have been the offerings in London, Milan and New York City in what has become an annual food congress that pays homage to the best Italian cuisine in the world. The third evolution of this International Chef Congress, promoted by Identita Golose, the Italian culinary organization was held Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13, in New York City. Each day six chefs composed five-course dinners which demonstrated their superb culinary techniques and highlighted global emerging trends and new flavor combinations in the old-new Italian culinary evolution.

These masters who grew up in a world of Italian food riches would be sharing their innovations in an American landscape of Italian gastronomic delights at Birreria, Eataly's rooftop restaurant and brewery.

This led to some cancellations, but ask me if it was worth it? Oh, my, oh my!
