The Loch Ness monster, an undying yet still unproven legend, surfaces once again. Only this time it’s looking to reside in a significantly cooler climate.

Actually it is not the Loch Ness monster so much as it is Alaska’s own version of the creature.

A new Discovery Channel special will air supposedly real footage captured by an Alaskan fisherman back in 2009.

Why come forward now instead of back then?

There will no doubt be many skeptics, such as myself, who will question the legitimacy of any footage of said creature.

The former head of the Department of Earth and Ocean Sciences at the University of British Columbia, Paul LeBlond has testified to the authenticity of the footage.

There have been sighting of this monster for the last 200 years. It ranks up there with Bigfoot in terms of its believability. We must remember that this creature and the species family that it exists within have not been scientifically observed.

Frankly, we live in an age where almost anything can be digitally doctored.
