Kim Kardashian: A Horrible Pick To Go To The Marine Ball
Call me crazy but, I was DISGUSTED when I read that Kim Kardashian attended the Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, North Carolina. Known for chasing fame and anything that makes herself look good, notable narcissist, Kim Kardashian, attended the United States Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, North Carolina, last Thursday night.
Naturally, the press ate this up! However, don't they eat up every single thing that this fur-loving, fame-obsessed wannabe does? I would be lying if I said I didn't nearly vomit when I read posts from one of Kim Kardashian's fellow famewhores, Perez Hilton, who claims that Kim Kardashian is "all sortz of patriotic" for using one of the most famous traditions in our nation's military as her own personal runway. "Kim Kardashian Wows At Marines Corps Ball", and "Kim Kardashian Dazzles in Red at Marine Corps Ball" really have it all wrong. While what she wore would have been appropriate for the red carpet, it certainly is not appropriate for something as formal as the Marine Ball. Two of my uncles served in the Marine Corps and I had the privilege of attending a United States Marine Corps Birthday Ball last year. So, what's wrong with her outfit? Well, here's what I found when I examined it:
1. Her dress is way too tight! While there is nothing wrong with showing off a great body that you work hard for, some events call for modesty. This is not an event about Kim Kardashian- it's an event for the brave men and women who serve our country.
2. There is WAY too much cleavage! This is a Marine Ball, not a brothel and, if Kim Kardashian can't realize that, she really should take some etiquette classes. Sure, she has a great rack. However, that dress looks like a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen and, really, is that any way to dress at such a formal event?

3. Out of all people, Kim Kardashian should know that black nail polish is NEVER appropriate for such a formal event! Maybe I'm a more conservative Southern woman, but, I know for a fact that black nail polish is really trashy at events such as the Marine Ball. Save that for the streets of Los Angeles which I'm sure a woman of Miss Kardashian's stature have no problem working.
