Sexy and Beautiful: Jennifer Hudson Slims Down With Healthy Choices
A walking advertisement for women's fitness, Jennifer Hudson’s weight loss has been truly inspirational. The former American Idol contestant, and winner of a Grammy, a Golden Globe and an Oscar, has always been beautiful, but her recent victory over some excess pounds has many fans looking on with awe.
In a recent interview with People Magazine, Hudson said she didn’t resort to any extreme measures, just made healthy choices. “I’m in the best shape of my life. I wasn’t going to starve myself…I’ve done a lot of diets in the past. I was restricting myself.”
A former size 16, Hudson now graces the runway in a smart and flirty, size 6. She attributes her weight loss to healthy choices and a fitness routine with her personal trainer. Five days each week, Hudson participates in a 25 minute circuit, for a rigorous routine that is supercharged for success.
Circuit training is a great way to lose weight and get in shape quickly and effectively. In the beginning you may have to work your way up as this workout is a combination of strength training alternated with short aerobics in between.
