The 16th Seattle GLBT Film Festival: Going Down in La-La Land

I've been following the teeming gay writer, director, producer and three time actor Casper Andreas for the past several Seattle GLBT Film Festivals. All of his films were shot in New York. And New York is where his all American, gay boy Adam (Matthew Ludwinski) has just arrived from in "Going Down in La-La Land."
Based on Andy Zeffer's novel which Mr. Andreas rewrote and added his own unique spin on this very powerful, very adult, gritty, moving story about people going down in La-La Land. Adam arrives in West Hollywood at the apartment of his acting partner in crime, Candy (Allison Lane), a blonde bomber who's been bombing out in Hollywood with one role that she’s been seen in to her acting credit. Adam goes from staying a couple of days to a permanent roommate in a very expensive apartment that comes with parking tickets on street cleaning days.
Adam is hired as receptionist at a prominent known big names talent agency where he quits after getting fired by his prissy little queen boss (Jesse Archer) for being late. While at the gym Adam is cruised smoothly by a super fine hunk Nick (Casper Andreas), who just happens to tip him to another job answering phones, filling porn DVD orders and shipping them at "Jet Set Men" a prominent gay porn outfit where Nick works as photographer and sometime director. What a surprise huh? Hint,Hint, Wink,Wink!
Once he’s hired both slick Nick and CEO Ron (John Schile) pressure the new “fresh meat” to wave his magic wand before the cameras. Adam refuses because he still has morals and standards and holds out for the real deal movie career. Nick asks Adam to dinner where he works his magical charm and chiseled looks with a hot tattoo that gets Adam into his bed. The sex scenes are vivid, very sexual, mild and wild that will leave the audience exhausted. The next morning Adam discovers designer drugs on the nightstand.
