Marc Vincent Kaplan, attorney for K-Fed, is optimistic that the boys won't be reading mama bedtime stories any time soon. He tells Perez Hilton:

Oh, one more thing....Kevin, Brit, Sean, and Jayden all have pink eye. It's why Kevin had an eye patch on at the hearing and undoubtedly why Brit has been wearing sunglasses at all hours. But since bright lights are bad for that, shouldn't she stay away from the paps flashing cameras? Or would that be just too much to ask?
