Is Britney Spears Suffering From Post-Partum Psychosis? What Happened To Jayden James?
Part of the on-going drama in the Britney Spears "custody dispute" hospital drama, is why did the LAPD feel it necessary to transport Britney's youngest son, 1-year old Jayden James to the hospital as well?
As news filters out about what happened last night during the 3-hour stand-off, we have discovered Britney locked herself away from her court appointed monitor with son Jayden James. No one really knows what went on while Jayden was being held hostage by his mother, but police have stated Britney appeared to be "under the influence" of a substance.
It seems police must have been taking every precaution to make sure Jayden had NOT been hurt while alone and unsupervised with his mother and it's quite likely he was checked out to make sure Britney didn't make him ingest anything toxic or illicit.
This is a scary prospect. While I highly doubt Britney would hurt her own children knowingly, in an altered state, and with serious chemical imbalances at work, even the most loving parent can do unspeakable things.
My new theory on all of this mess involving Britney and her trainwreck life in 2007 is Britney is suffering from some sort of post-partum induced psychosis. I do believe whole-heartedly Britney has a serious disposition for mental illness as some underlying condition, but having had two children within 1 year must have done a number on her body and psyche. Britney really seemed to unravel after the birth of Jayden back in September of 2006, within days of her first son Sean Preston celebrating his first birthday. This would mean Britney was pregnant within three months of having Sean and experts in the field agree having children so close together can be exceptionally damaging to your body. It take at LEAST a year for a woman's body to replenish the nutrients and vitamins necessary to support having another baby. Even more important, it can take even longer for hormone levels to return normal.
