Scientology's Security Checks On Children
Guest post submission by Marc M Arcab:
Scientology, Sec Checking and Children
Scientology believes in (a) reincarnation, (b) that children are adults with small bodies, and (c) the fate of your thetan is more important than anything in this life. This allows them to justify a lot of the abuses and fraud in their religion. Today, we're going to look at the Children's Security Check. Now, for copyright reasons, we're only going over a few salient points of it with a link to the original document on wikileaks, in keeping with the international laws on fair use copyright law.
As you read this, keep in mind these sec checks (security checks) are (a) for children 6-12 according to the document itself, (b) goes into their folder that Scientology keeps forever, and (c) it has been proven that Scientology will use the contents of that folder to not only threaten you if you leave the church and want to speak out, but will actually use it to threaten you if you express doubt or want to leave in the first place. Lasty, these are children. Their minds aren't fully formed. They can't think for themselves the way adults can. This is a despicable predatory practice. The children grow up in fear, because children are afraid of "getting in trouble". Thus they are more responsive to authoritative abuse than adults.
