American Express is at it again!!!

The third year of the popular livestream music series, Unstaged returns on April 27th at 9:00 PM ET/6:00 PM PT from the iconic Webster Hall in New York City.

The whole point of Unstaged is to bring together the crème de la crème of musical talent and the filmmakers who bring their A-game behind the lens.

This year is no exception.

Grammy award-winning artist Jack White will be paired with Oscar nominated actor and director Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy) for the eighth installment within the American Express Unstaged music series.

“I am extremely excited about the opportunity to collaborate with the incomparable and talented Jack White,” said filmmaker Gary Oldman. “The plan is to immerse the ‘Unstaged’ livestream audience in both a highly stylized and energetic viewing experience.”

This exciting event will occur just three days after the release of Jack White’s debut album BLUNDERBUSS. Fans can pre-order a copy and stream the entire album now on iTunes.

American Express in partnership with VEVO and YouTube has tracked more than 70 million views for this award-winning series since 2010.

Not everyone can be at the legendary Webster Hall, but that doesn’t mean American Express, YouTube, and VEVO can’t bring it to the fans.

And bring it is exactly what they do!

Unstaged is known for making those viewing from their mobile devices via VEVO and YouTube apps for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and Android feel as though they are part of the excitement of being there live. This is due to the one-of-a-kind digital content that American Express, YouTube and VEVO are known for delivering.
