“I Dreamed A Dream” Musical
I think we all know who Susan Boyle is. But in case you don't know... Susan Magdalane Boyle is a Scottish singer who became famous after her first audition on a talent show "Britain's Got Talent", back in 2009. She was a simply woman in her late forties with an amazing talent, which drew the attention of people all around the world.
To date, one of YouTube's videos with her audition has nearly 69 million views.
Now we'll be able to see her inspirational life story in a musical, simply called "I Dreamed a Dream" - like a song he sang on her first audition and like her first album from 2009 is called.
Once they asked Susan who she would choose to play her in film of her life, she answered without hesitation: "Elaine C. Smith. She's a very talented actress on Scottish television." Now her wish came true, because Elaine's responce to that was: "I would be absolutely thrilled to do it."

The show will be produced by Michael Harrison, who compared her story with a fairy tale, but with the added bonus of being absolutely true.
They promise there will be a few surprises along the way. Who knows? Maybe Susan will appear on a stage, too. We'll see.
The Musical will open at Newcastle’s Theatre Royal on 23 March, 2012 before going on a worldwide tour. You'll be able to see it in the UK, U.S.A. and Australia.
Maybe I'll make a trip to London next year to see it... if I'll get the tickets, of course. Because I have a feeling that this musical is going to be sold out in minutes.
What about you? Would you like to see it?
