"Subsource: A Dubumentary" - Band Documents Their Journey On Film - Page 2
Joe: Travelling several countries with a camera filming yourselves and all of your equipment within it, were tempers lost at all and do we see those on film?
Subsource: You see it all. We lay it all out there. I can't give too much away, but there are some pretty tense moments. It's going to happen when six guys are stuck in the van travelling thousands of miles together.
Joe: Is it the Van del Diablo? Is the van still ticking?
Subsource: Again it's all in the film. She's the star. Let's just say, there is a happy ending on that front, but not on all others.
Joe: What exposure are you looking to achieve from this or is it more a bit of fun? You have families now so the bills need to be paid.
Subsource: For us, when it came to seeing the edit and making comments, we were all of the opinion that this isn't a promo piece, it's a reflection of how the time we spent together went down, so not to trim the bad the shit out but represent it fully.
Joe: What happens after the Dubumentary? What's next?
Subsource: A week after the Dubumentary we are flying out to China for a mini tour, and then when we get back we've got the festival season starting with us hitting the European festivals more, getting this record released, and then we have a full European tour in the Autumn.
Joe: When can We the public watch the film and how?
Subsource: The screening will be on Thursday 21st April 2011 at the Odeon Guildford at 7pm, and then we have a show at The Boileroom after. The film will then be touring the Film festival circuit, and then DVD. Get on the Subsource Facebook. All will be revealed."
