Jennifer Lopez Will NOT Be a Judge On American Idol

People Magazine is reporting that Jennifer Lopez, more affectionately known as J.Lo, will not be offered a job as judge on Fox's American Idol.
American Idol's in a tough spot next year as they try to fill two judges' chairs, one left by the pivotal Simon Cowell, who left to do his own show, X-Factor, and now Ellen Degeneres, who announced she's also leaving the show.
Last week, rumors began circulating that the singer/actress Jennifer Lopez was first in line to replace one of the empty chairs on America's favorite singing competition. But as of today, it won't be J.Lo filling a chair; apparently she's too much of a diva! You don't say?
Citing a source, People reports: "Her demands got out of hand. Fox had just had enough.”
Fox should count themselves lucky the deal fell through; Jennifer Lopez has turned everything she touches to complete caca since 1997's Anaconda. With the exception of a couple of hit singles, J.Lo isn't exactly in a position to be making demands of anyone, including a list of demands made public after she agreed to be a part of a charity single a while back.
Jenny from the block, my ass. Jennifer Lopez needs to check it before she wrecks it. If she were smart, she'd have taken that job and kept her mouth shut. She's lucky ANYONE offered her anything the way her career's been tanking.
