EMERGE! NYC Fashion Week Runway Show Hits Runway With Hottest New Trends
The stars came out for the 1st annual EMERGE! NYC Fashion Week runway show presented by D. Williams PR Group and Beautiful Planning Marketing & PR.
The by-invite-only red carpet event was held at NYC's lofty Sun West Studios where models walked the runways in cutting edge pieces that had the audience on the edge of their seats for the entirety of the evening. Thus marking a large success for the newly launched emerging designer platform.
Designers that showcased their new lines included:
Terri Stevens: She is a Chicago native and was featured on Season 5 of Project Runway. Terri owns and designs for Michael Joseph and Funkinbeautiful designs. Her funky and chic styles are innovative and continue to amaze the fashion community even now.
Sheila Rashid: An entrepreneurial trendsetter and Fashion Designer who took it upon herself to learn everything about the business on her own.
Dawn Joi: The creator and designer of JoiTees. The talented designer has dedicated herself to spreading "joi" and love in a chic, yet eco-friendly way. Her JoiTees (tee shirts) offer versatile fashion with a conscience and a touch of humor.
Dominique Auxilly: A fast rising designer who has dressed the likes of Nicki Minaj to Miss Universe Caressa Cameron is an up and coming star designer. This self-taught New Yorker will be partnering up with Isobel Arnbeg vintage and opening up her own boutique in SoHo.
