Brother and sister Jonathan and Kimberly Lorrigan are believed to be with their mother, Ana Lorrigan, who allegedly abducted them on April 11, 2011, in Chula Vista, California. Ana Lorrigan was accompanied by a male juvenile. On September 20, 2011, a federal kidnapping warrant was issued for Ana Lorrigan, who may have traveled to the Philippines with the children. Jonathan may be using his middle name, James, and Kimberly may go by the name “Maganda.” The case is classified as “Family Abduction” by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
