'Hero' Cop Targeted By Hackers
Seen here in this picture by Wayne Tilcock, and this youtube video, a brave policeman stood up to a mob of students at UC Davis last Friday. Even though he appeared to be outnumbered at least twenty to one, he held his ground and displayed both bravery and admirable pepper-spraying skill.
I’ve never been in combat, but I have to imagine it was very much like that. I can only imagine the unbearable stink of patchouli oil and the awful racket of dozens of jam bands emanating from a hundred different iPods. I just thank God this brave man was there to ensure that sidewalk was cleared, and pedestrians didn’t have to walk around a bunch of spoiled children sitting on their entitled little asses.
Unbelievably, the online hacking group, Anonymous, has attacked this hero in blue. They published his contact information and urged supporters to contact him. Their hope is that thousands of lunatics will flood this courageous man’s phone and email account with threatening calls and emails.
Personally, I think all of the students who were pepper-sprayed should be given an automatic F in a newly-created course in common sense. Their mommies and daddies are paying over $30,000 dollars a year in tuition and room-and-board, so you’d think the kids would have at least a passing understanding of concepts like cause and effect. Disobey a cop, and you get pepper sprayed.
At the end of the day, my real problem with this situation is everyone pissing and moaning because these kids were pepper-sprayed. I’ve been in bars where fights have broken out, and the cops have sprayed whole rooms. Just like then, everyone involved knew the deal, so take your lumps like a man and move on. All it did was make your little eyes water, and I'm sure most of you were due for a good cry anyway.
