It's no secret that, over time, relationships can get stale. So, what can you do to change that? Let's start with the basics first!

First, you need to just be open and honest with women. We crave stability and security! If you give us that, we will let our guard down again.

Next, create special time together and spend time with other friends or doing things you enjoy on your own. Try to do something fun weekly- dinner, take a class together, movie...the opportunities are truly endless! If you have the time and/or money, try to take a vacation- short, long, it doesn't matter!

If you have time, throw a party. It can be a huge party or just a get together with friends. You will be around each other without being attached and meeting new people. It is a very healthy way to strengthen your relationship-not to mention fun!

To be honest, a small way to show that you care is to spontaneously give gifts. It keeps a relationship interesting. Plus, while it doesn't need to be anything extravagant, who doesn't love a surprise?

Go on weekly dates and set goals together! Want to learn how to cook? Take a cooking class! Or, if you want, go to the nearest beach or lake for a romantic day, learn something new together- just don't do the same thing! It gets boring. Decide where you want to be in the long-term and how to get there. Start small. For example, do you want to finally change up your house and, let's say, paint a room? Enlist your partner's help! Then, move on to other topics: school, work, kids, etc. Continue to discover new things together!

Invest in a pet- dog, cat, fish, etc. It doesn't matter- caring for something together will strengthen your bond.
