Whether it’s through science or sensibility, whether the arguments for adopting a low fat, plant-based diet appeal to your head or your heart – don’t debate any longer.  Research for yourself.  Seek out studies and data not funded by the beef, poultry or dairy industry.  Try a plant-based diet for a month, for six weeks, for three months. Rescue your health, give your body and mind the gift of aging well and while you’re at it, take a stand against the unnecessary death and consumption of those with whom we share the planet.
