Potheads Sue for Return of 99 Marijuana Plants
Potheads in California sue the federal government for the return of 99 marijuana plants. The Pothead advocates are seeking to enjoin the federal government and it's lawful pursuit of enforcing the law against California's Pot Spots. Pot Spots are those places that sell marijuana “legally.”
When will these depraved minds not respect the authority of the government to enact laws and the responsibility of the masses to obey them.
As such, I sincerely hope the U.S. federal judge has some humor during his quick dismissal of this frivolous lawsuit, specifically, the return of the 99 marijuana plants as he or she sings the old classic campfire song: 99 planters of pot on the wall; 99 planters of pot; take one down; and burn it (incinerate) right now; 98 planters of pot on the wall. 98 planters of pot . . .
