With Christmas Coming Up, Think Before You Buy

Christmas is coming up and MANY of us have started scoping out potential presents. What would my mom like? What about my best friend? Chances are that most of us can't afford fur. However, with all of the online sites that give bargains on designer items, there are fur items that are floating around out there. Sadly, many animals that could have been loved and had an awesome life will end up in a beautifully wrapped box and on the backs of many people.
Fur is making a "trendy" resurgence in the fashion world. Sadly, furriers have been trying to obtain good graces from many designers over the past decade. Despite an economic recession, fur is regaining it's appeal. BCBG, Bibhu Mohapatra, and Carolina are among there designers.

From apex predator to the lowliest prey, no one is safe. This is analogous to the Holocaust when some female Nazi officials actually killed innocent victims, tanned their skin into a sick sort of leather, and made items out of them. When did killing become okay?
Most people probably feel that PETA is unreasonable and annoying. I would usually agree with you. However, watching their videos on fur farming brought me to tears. Who could do this? How could anyone with morals wear these poor little creatures?
