Exercise! Don’t skip your workouts. If you don’t workout… now is the time to start. Don’t wait until New Years to create a new resolution. Too many people push off basic health routines to a later time in their lives. Then they top it off with bingeing until the big date when they “start their diet”. Just start today. Go for a walk. Even 10 minutes will help. But do it consistently, and build it up from there.
I had a teacher that would always say, “If you build health, your patients will be less sick”. This is really the best advice. Ask yourself… “What can I do to raise my level of health?”
