3) Better Control Over Your Rates

Try reserving a room for your franchise on the corporate website. Be honest—how was the experience? Was the check-out process intuitive? Were you presented with packages and promotions to encourage up-selling? Did you find detailed photos of your rooms and great information on your amenities? With your own website, you control rates, packages, promotions and how your content appears to guests. Corporate has to create a solution that adequately supports all their franchisers. Adequate is not good enough. With control over your own content, you can have perfection.

I understand that online marketing can be daunting for the hotelier. You’re good at running a hotel, not designing websites. But there is still no excuse to have a sub-standard digital presence with hotel website design services like buuteeq running around, or even with simple blogging platforms like WordPress and Blogger at your disposal. Invest a bit of your time and creativity into your hotel web presence and it will pay off.
