I am an International consultant in Cultural Diversity and Cross-cultural Communication& Marketing. I enlighten organizations about the positive effects of Leadership and Team building in diverse environments and how to interact in a multi-cultural medium. Diversity as a concept focuses on a broader set of qualities than race, age and gender. In the context of the workplace, valuing diversity means creating a work environment that respects and includes differences. It recognizes the unique contributions that individuals from every culture can make. Being multi-lingual, having lived, been educated and worked in different parts of the globe, I have a personal appreciation and firsthand experience on how to integrate different cultures. My hands-on exprience as a diversity trainer enables me to educate cultural diversity and interacting successfully across International cultural barriers. My sessions are passionate, personal, humorous and from the heart. I am proud to have been asked to speak on the subject of diversity to the “City of West Hollywood, City of Burbank, Diversity & Inclusion Conference, Association of Fundraisers Professionals in CA, Jobing.com, NOW (National Organization of Women), NCJW (National Council of Jewish Women in Los Angeles), and scheduled to speak for the California Diversity Council at USC this year. I have also been interviewed on Radio at 1100 KFNX news radio twice as well as on “Her Start Up” BlogTalkradio. www.saharconsulting.com www.linkedin.con/in/saharandrade www.facebook.com/saharconsulting www.twitter.com/saharconsulting
