I have a great passion for the aviation industry and have held several positions that have allowed me to experience the industry from several aspects including handling agent, cabin crew and corporate travel consultancy. Whilst this has given me a good overview of the industry I particularly want to pursue a career in aviation, hence my return to education to strengthen my knowledge in this area. I keep up to date with developments in the industry by review industry related publications. After studying for a BA (Hons) in European Tourism, I spent more than two years travelling and working in Europe. More recently I have enjoyed spending time travelling throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America, gaining a wealth of experience of different airlines, their products and approach to customer service
