Hello, My name is Allen and I am not the average guy! I am sure that you have heard this before from many people, but for me it is MORE THAN TRUE! Life has taken me on many adventures and sometimes very scary roller coaster rides with no tracks, but yet I am still here and I am blogging. Where It All Began... I joined the Marine Corps in 2001, ironically 2 weeks before September 11th. We all know what happened that day. This was just a prelude to the upcoming deployment for me in 2004 and where my life started to spiral out of control. Upon returning from Iraq I thought that I was 10 feet tall, bullet proof, and God's gift to women. Some years and hard learned lessons have taught me that I am only 5'10", bullets can penetrate me, and there are only a select few women who see me as a gift (and I thank God now for the special one in my life!). Where I am Now... I currently am working hard to become a successful blogger and entrepreneur. I have came from being jobless and homeless to now living in North Hollywood, CA. All the people back east have been referring to me and as a "Hollywierdo", but me I look at it as opportunity! I hope you enjoy my articles and if you want to get a hold of me I am available!
