Diran has founded many technology startups with the last 4 positions in the online and Social Networking/Marketing space. Mr. Afarian has been in the IT, Entertainment, Broadcast and Online Social Media space, and has been involved in the strategy & development of NextEmployee.com, Internet Radio Inc’s ChoiceRadio.com, BubbleFire.com, BlinkID.com and BlueGrind.com which was a site that converted Blogs and News text to audio for use on Mobile devices. (The Company was acquired by a undisclosed foreign corporation in October 2007). Currently the Founder and CEO of a startup called NextEmployee.com which is a site where Jobseekers can Interview themselves and send it to employers. Diran holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Management, A BS Degree in Engineering, and Finance training from Cornell University.
