An articulate and sarcastic humourous opinionator on all subjects generally, and back-to-basics, ‘old school’ parenting specifically, HerMelness Speaks is a menopausal (thus dangerous?) woman just trying to stay one step ahead of the kids. Since a lady never tells, HerMelness won’t reveal her age, but will admit to being the other side of having a tight arse and this side of being a tight arse! HerMelness is parent to four members of The Gibberish Generation (teenagers). Career aspiration 'tackling one teenager at a time.' The author of HerMelness Speaks: Career has mainly been in the Executive management corporate arena, with sojourns in life coaching and education. Her belief that words have the power to uplift, inspire and transform us will see her launching a new company in the New Year - The Gift of Words. Her commercial company advocates that we present words to each other as legitimate gifts in the here and now - and not reserve the best of our words only for when someone has died or is no longer with us for whatever reason. She is a widowed parent to four young people (2 boys, 2 girls) aged 23, 19, 15 and 12. In short? HerMelness' blog is a place to land if you often wonder "IS it me?", but secretly know it isn't.
