Jeannette Kaplun

Jeannette Kaplun is an award-winning journalist and internationally recognized parenting expert with over 17 years of experience on TV, radio, online media and as a published author. Born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Chile, Jeannette is truly bilingual and bicultural. She is the co-founder of Todobebé, Inc. and co-hosts the Spanish-language network TV show Viva la Familia de Todobebé, which airs on Univision. She is also the author of Todobebé: Todo lo que necesitas saber para el primer año de tu bebé (Rayo, 2006). She has also been crucial in the development of the trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese) Todobebé apps and oversees content on todobebe.com, vivalafamilia.com and blogsdemamas.com. In 2011 Jeannette won LATISM´s Best Parenting Blogger award. She has been a speaker at different conferences throughout the US, Mexico and Chile regarding content, social media and online communities, including BlogHer, Blogalicious, EVO, LATISM, Hispanicize, SheCon,Social Media Week Miami and Blissdom. Previously she was the co-host for the Discovery Channel Latin America/Iberia’s technology show, “Vida@línea” and a TV news reporter.
