Mark Craemer brings clients more than 25 years of experience managing projects and groups in small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Before becoming a consultant, he was instrumental in launching and promoting software products in marketing roles at several Seattle-area start-up software and internet companies, including Aldus Corporation, Concur Technologies, and Click2Learn. His blog "Workplace Wrangler" is where he writes about people-related issues in the workplace that include communication, conflict, leadership, team development, change management, and other topics to help people work together more effectively. Mark holds a master’s degree in applied behavioral science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon.
