Mark Craemer

At Craemer Consulting, we help people and their organizations achieve sustainable personal and interpersonal effectiveness to improve bottom-line performance through consulting services that include workplace communication, organization development and leadership coaching. Mark Craemer brings clients more than 25 years of experience managing projects and groups in small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Before becoming a consultant, he was instrumental in launching and promoting software products in marketing roles at several Seattle-area start-up software and internet companies, including Aldus Corporation, Concur Technologies, and Click2Learn. His blog "Workplace Wrangler" is where he writes about people-related issues in the workplace that include communication, conflict, leadership, team development, change management, and other topics to help people work together more effectively. Mark holds a master’s degree in applied behavioral science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon.
