Mary Lou Roberts is a freelance author, educator and consultant. She is retired from full-time teaching, most recently as a tenured, full professor of marketing at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She continues to teach Internet Marketing and Social Media Marketing at the Harvard University Extension School. Her Ph.D. in Marketing is from The University of Michigan. Her academic publications include three books and over 50 chapters, journal articles, conference publications and technical reports. Recent books include Internet Marketing: Integrating Online and Offline Strategies. The third edition (with Debra Zahay) will be available in January 2012 from Cengage Publishing.
