About Me My name is Luci McQuitty Hindmarsh. I'm a Hackney (East London!) based MOTHER to an almost three year old daughter and WIFE to a businessman husband. But first and foremost, I am ME. Something I have to stop and remind myself of every now and then. I started my parenting life as a SAHM (Stay-At-Home-Mum) and have now become a WAHM (Work-At-Home-Mum). Prior to parenthood I worked as both a journalist and more recently as a PR and marketing consultant, where I worked on some of the biggest consumer brands on the planet, from mobile phones to beauty brands and back again. It allows me to flex my digits meaningfully across my beloved Mac keyboard and chunter on about the stuff that matters to me. All mother.wife.me subjects relate in some way to being a mother (enough of the caps already, I think you get it!), wife or a, ahem, me. Most of my posts come with a dollop of humour, though some are more somber. Hopefully all are, to a degree, thought provoking.
