David Solomon

After an early career in recruitment and executive search, I moved into broader human resources, business management, business consulting, coaching and mentoring. This is where I have spent the last 12 years. The businesses I’ve worked with over 25 years have included start-ups through to major Australian and multinational businesses in a broad variety of industries (though I now prefer to work with small and medium businesses). I work extensively one-to-one with female business owners and entrepreneurs to help them achieve their objectives. As a Business Performance Strategist I help them and their companies perform better. This means building a successful business where success is defined by your financial, lifestyle and other goals and aspirations, rather than what society says they “should” be. I also have a parallel life in the performing arts and am a singer and actor (I don’t dance!). I have also worked on the production side of things.
