Reasoned CommentsWeblog: www.reasonedcomments.org
Reasoned Comments (RC) publishes commentaries and essays (moderated; but not peer-reviewed) dealing with current events, religion and society, law and politics, law and religion, international affairs, science, the arts, and the state of scholarship in various disciplines.* Reasoned Comments is moderated--non-partisan and independent. No particular political or ideological group has a monopoly on reason or truth; partisans and ideologues sometime abuse reason and employ fallacious arguments. We don't advise submissions that can be so characterized. Therefore, all submissions are reviewed before publications. We publish guest columns and/or provide links to other well-reasoned commentaries. Authors are welcome to suggest articles or links to materials that are suitable for this site provided that they meet the guidelines stated above. Most of the readers of this site are busy individuals and we recognize that they have very limited time to spend reading commentaries about current events. Therefore, we are extremely selective: an average of 5 articles are published every week. Authors and editors are asked to keep this in mind when they publish or re-post articles on RC. Submissions: We welcome original (not previously published) submissions as well as links to previously published essays and articles provided that they meet copyright law.
