Ron has been immersed in the quick lube and automotive fuel industry as long as he can remember. His family business growing up was operating franchised gas stations and quick lubes. Ron has worked in the quick lube industry for over 12 years, starting as a Technician and working up to General Manager. Today Ron is applying his talents from a corporate perspective overseeing 26 retail gas stations under a reputable brand. Ron's philosophy has always been one of "Customer first", always questioning how can we insure that we develop repeat customers who can trust us. Providing award winning customer service through training systems and a customer centric philosophy has earned him awards in customer service and consistent success in achieving revenue targets.
