Jeff Bennett, CEO and Partner http://www.linkedin.com/in/servicevantage Before founding ServiceVantage Corporation in 2002, Jeff began his high tech career with Corel Corporation (1991 – 2000) heading up all of Corel’s North American support and professional service. Jeff was a key member of the leadership teams responsible for several mergers and acquisitions including the WordPerfect Utah closure and the Borland merger attempt among others. In 2000, Jeff joined the leadership team of Webplan Inc. (now Kinaxis), to develop key relationships with Cap Gemini and PricewaterhouseCoopers so Webplan could attract Tier 1 accounts and scale internationally. Jeff founded Webplan’s client care department to increase revenues from these areas and ensured the scalability required to match Webplan’s international growth. Today as the founder and partner of ServiceVantage Corporation, Jeff works with the executive teams of technology firms to help them develop the strategy and operational efficiency required to scale for anticipated growth, generate recurring revenue and produce strong profits required for longevity in a very competitive environment. In his personal time, Jeff enjoys spending time his family and is an avid fan, practitioner and competitor in jiu-jitsu; a passion he shares with his three boys.
