Shred Of Truth was created because the rampant spread of misinformation is becoming the single worst problem we face. Too many soundbites and falsehoods are being passed off as "news", polluting our news cycle like high fructose corn syrup has polluted our food supply. This has to stop! What we need is a Progressive media machine that can turn the volume up louder than Fox News and other media outlets that perpetually misinform and deceive the American people. Some rely on them as their only source of news and information! We stay rooted in the facts, NOT misinformation. We're a middle class couple who believe the middle class made this country great and will continue to, but only if allowed to flourish once again. We're outraged but energized by the ongoing, relentless attacks that have been waged against the middle and working class and we must do our part to stop it by voting for those who will champion middle and working class values.
