Can Americans Handle the Truth?
Americans are cynical about politicians and the promises they fail to keep. President Barack Obama has also endured ups and downs during his first term, similar to that of Reagan, Clinton, Bush, and others. Tea Party members have been accused of impeding the government and many believe that the republican leadership's voting tactics against President Obama, along with the Republican Presidential field’s rhetoric pits citizens against one another and their own self-interest.
Democrats have at times, lost their way by pushing agendas other than that of the people's “change” mandate. Both sides failed to compromise. Add an erratic economy with a stagnant housing market and chaos ensues. The Republican Presidential candidates seem to be echoing the 2008 GOP platform with new faces and few new ideas.

And we know the government can't solve every problem.
