CNN To Display U.S. 2012 Presidential Election Results Atop The Empire State Building Tonight

According to CNN, they will make use of the Empire State Building's brand new LED technology in New York tonight to display the winner of the 2012 U.S. presidential election.
In a press release statement CNN had said "the vertical LED-illuminated 'meter' located atop the spire of the building will display CNN's running tally of the race to 270." New Yorkers and people around the world can see a photo of the spire as it will look tonight here.
When CNN projects a winner of the presidential election, the tower lights of the Empire State Building will change color to all-red for Mitt Romney or to all-blue for Barack Obama.
Other networks covering the big election tonight will also include NBC News at the Rockefeller Center and ABC News in Time Square.
