Doctor Arrested by Pakistani Government for Helping US Catch Osama Bin Laden

In order to ensure that Bin Laden was in the Abbottabad Valley region before attempting to capture him, the CIA enlisted the help of Pakistani doctor Shakil Afridibe to find DNA evidence proving his family was present. The CIA had Afridibe set up fake vaccine drives for the locals in order to obtain DNA proof that his Bin Laden's family was present.
Also, in the past, those offering medical help were among the few permitted into Bin Laden's base. He went to Abbottabad in March stating that he had free hepatitis B vaccinations to administer to the locals. What raised eyebrows about the doctor's activity was his movement after the first round of vaccinations. Hepatitis vaccines are given in 3 doses, usually given a month apart from each other. Rather than returning to administer the second dose to the first recipients, the doctor moved to Bilal Town, where Bin Laden lived. This alerted the Pakistani government, and once they became aware of his involvement (after the death of Bin Laden), the Inter-Services Intelligence agency of Pakistan arrested him for aiding the United States. Several people have been arrested by this agency regarding their possible involvement of helping the US capture and kill Bin Laden, but the doctor is reportedly the only one still being detained, and he is the first person to by arrested for the allegations of his involvement that has had any information about him released.
I am sure many, along with myself are wondering what enticed the doctor and others to aid the United States government in their efforts in catching Bin Laden. Even more so though, I believe people want to know why the Pakistani government is not be happy about (but in fact arresting those who helped) the number one terrorist threat in the world being captured and killed. Were they glad to be harboring him?
