Enough is Enough - Radical Reform

The foundation of America was built upon the notion of capitalism, freedom and hailed as the land of opportunity. Where has the dream that was once America gone?
People decide to take a stand with the Occupy Wall Street protest and the media as well as politicians and pundits accuse them of having a muddled message that is not easily discernible. That the group is unlawful because they camp in a park where is camping is illegal. That any one of the messages could have been used in seventeenth century France. Are you (expletive) kidding me??? Here are thousands of Americans taking a stand so their voices can be heard and all we hear are wise cracks from the rich belittling people who are fed up and speaking their mind. Doesn’t this anger you? I wrote about people in a position of power being completely out of touch because they could not relate to the middle class. But this is ludicrous. If you are watching the news then you know what I am talking about. All these people foaming at the mouth for the opportunity to make a quip at the expense of the protesters. Just lying in wait for their interview so they can take their shot at the thousands of average Americans who are tired of the system and are saying “Enough is Enough”.
To these anchors of news programs and politicians, to the pundits and mouth pieces of the governmental system that has sold you out I say WAKE UP!!! You have the audacity to make jokes at the expense of Americans who would bleed red, white and blue for this country. Who are suing the First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech to make their views heard and you mock them. I have a suggestion. Instead of making offhand comments, why not take a stroll down to Wall Street and actually ask some people what they want. Do not rely on the media who grab a bunch of interviews and edit them in turn making a mockery out of a peaceful protest. If their message is muddled why not take the time to sift through the message and get to the bottom of what is eating away at the middle class. Take the time to listen. To pay attention and focus on these people so you can see that America is crying out “NO MORE!”
