Gloria Allred is Back, Putting the "Eaze" in Partisan, Litigious "Sleaze."
Why is it that roughly a month before a crucial election, almost like Swiss precision-clockwork, liberal democrats either directly or through their surrogates such as Dan Rather or Gloria Allred; always hiss and ooze out some spurious or thoroughly contrived piece of smear, innuendo or false accusation?
No, I am not saying that liberal democrats invented "the politics of personal destruction" but certainly 80 to 90 percent of those who have practiced it for the past twenty to thirty years or more, have all been liberal democrats. President Clinton and his henchmen such as James Carville and Paul Begala didn't invent 'the politics of personal destruction' but they certainly perfected it.
Well enter Gloria Allred (who's at it again). This super feminist liberal, ambulance-chasing shyster (I mean lawyer), has a long history of exploiting rather dubious clients with rather dubious claims who serve her brazen PR machinations quite well and occasionally win her money.
Allred, in essence, is the queen of frivolous hyped-up, meritless nuisance lawsuits, also known in her profession as "run and dump" cases. In her particular case, they appear to have more in common with extortion and blackmail than they do with legitimate lawsuits.
In the current case she is involved in, there several very important issues as to Allred's so-called legitimate and bona fide legal behavior.
First and foremost, Allred has essentially jeopardized her client with deportation.
How so? If Allred's client violated the law on several levels, then her client, Nicky Diaz, is subject to deportation - plain and simple.
But again, how so? Well, if Diaz provided false documents to her first employer, the employment agency, she is then guilty of both fraud and perjury.
Then, when presented with a letter from the Social Security Administration as to her documents and use of a bogus social-security number in 2003, and then by sitting on that letter for the next 6 years (from 2003 to 2009), she further compounded her violations of the laws and regulations of the Social Security Administration. And such violations have legal consequences ranging from misdemeanors to felonies and, ultimately, deportation.
