These Brazilian Indians are the last uncontacted tribe and they are being threatened by illegal loggers. Like many indigenous tribes all over the world, these Brazilian Indians have suffered a genocide that for the most part has been completely ignored.

Again we have the opportunity to stop the forces of greed and power that consume the hearts of men, before it is too late.

The Brazilian Indian Affairs Department has taken photos in the hope of protecting this tribe and showing how they are a healthy, living and thriving community. Time is running out, illegal loggers are moving toward them, stripping their land of its precious resources and destroying their homes. Unfortunately the Peruvian government has not listened to ongoing pleas to help the indigenous people even though several organizations such as the Upper Amazon Conservancy and the COIAB are making the situation very public. The circumstance is dire; if nothing is done, then history will repeat itself and another indigenous tribe will be wiped off the face of this planet.

What can we do? Pray, spread this story over social networks, and sign the petition, that will be delivered to President Garcia. Let’s all join together and stop these illegal loggers before it is too late.
