Hey Congress, Do You Need A Hearing Aid?
The Nation is tired, frustrated, and perplexed. With the exception of most of those in Congress, the Senate, and their advisers, everybody else kind of sort of understand, that we are getting ready to jump off a cliff.
Like a bunch of lemmings, some follow quietly while getting close to the cliff where they will obediently jump. Some, and hopefully these are the majority, cannot stop yelling at their television sets every time one of our politicians says something dumb, which is every day.
Think about it, when you overdraft your bank account, you do not balance your checking account by spending more. You cut spending, and get another job. One plus one = two.
Congress however, seems to believe that they can increase their debt, and print more money. That is what the police department in Chicago calls counterfeit currency. It is counterfeited because it has no value whatsoever. If it had, it would be traded publicly and legally. If I cannot do in on my basement and get away with it, neither can government.
Congress says that they want to create and or save jobs, how come they are destroying those who actually create jobs? By tightening the noose on the industry’s neck, they are producing the obvious results; they are choking our economy and causing more unemployment.
If they are listening to reason, they are faking it well. You cannot actually run a company to the ground, and expect to continue working there. However, it seems that Congress (Democrats and Republicans) mess the economy up and they keep being re elected.
